Enkel & Martin Splicer Reconditioned



Reconditioned Defined

The following list is standard for reconditioning Splicers:
1.       Dismantle as required for thorough inspection.
2.       The splicers and all necessary connecting parts, top iron, etc. are thoroughly cleaned
3.       All frames and parts are re-painted to original specifications per customer request.
4.       Bearings are replaced as required
5.       Chains are replaced as required.
6.       Replace all nuts, bolts, fasteners etc., with new.
7.       Replace all vacuum rollers with new as required.
8.       All pneumatics are thoroughly inspected and replaced as required.
9.       Inspect and repair or replace as required all other parts including electrical motors.
10.    Reassemble unit using all factory specifications, settings and adjustments.
11.    Test Splicer and perform all pre-installation electrical, mechanical and pneumatic checks. 
12.    Prepare unit and all connecting parts with rust proof protective wrapping for shipment.
13.    Load and secure on board truck or container as required
